The original handmade rock that dates back to the shop opening, still made in the kitchen at the back of the Star Rock Shop.

Along with the Star Rock recipe for Humbugs and Sticks, we also make our own Tablet, the Scottish Sweet Treat, that only has 3 ingredients.
